The Paper Crisis: What Customers Need to Know

The paper shortage and pricing issues are a big concern right now, and your customers are hearing about it. I urge printers to be proactive and control the message to eliminate fear. Your customers seek peace of mind, stability, and inspiration from their print providers. Make sure you are the one to provide them with it.

Every problematic situation presents an opportunity. This is an opportunity for you to communicate with customers (and prospects) and strengthen relationships.

In addition to individual conversations, utilize multiple channels to help promote your message. Print, email, blog, and social media. I’m seeing some printers doing a great job with this.

Now more than ever is the time to be proactive. That’s all for now!
