Selling Print, Recession, and Planning for 2023

These seem to be the hot topics in my universe these days. While we can debate being in a recession, the fact that so many are talking about it seems to make it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Most of us have been here before. People react (mild word for “panic”) rather than plan. The long and short-term strategy goes out the window. Sales suffer, branding suffers, and people suffer.

It doesn’t have to be this way. It just requires a plan and a steady hand. Navigate your company through these times by having a plan for retaining customers and gaining market share. Essential to this is also having a plan for your customers.

I’m about to provide each of my clients with a detailed plan and deliverables to survive and thrive during these times.

If you would like a brief, bulleted point outline of some of this advice or wish to discuss it, you can email me or fill out the quick form on our website for a demo.
