Uncertainty Calls for Communication

I've decided to share this client communication with the print and mail community. During times of uncertainty, it's still important to communicate.

These are truly uncharted waters in which we find ourselves, with uncertainty and no answers on the immediate horizon.

At a time when we are being asked to isolate ourselves and our businesses, it's important to realize that this doesn't mean to stop communicating. As we all share a common goal of getting through this, the value of connections has never been higher.

While businesses are broadly impacted, almost all have plans to maintain or quickly resume operations when the time is right. People, businesses, and communities continue to value hearing from the people and companies with which they have a relationship. Reach out and update them on your company's efforts, policies, etc. during this time. Also, continue with any valued information that, hopefully, you have been sharing with them consistently.

Don't be silent! Vigilance, leadership, and meaningful communications are your best strategies.
